Melinda Harding, Chief Caring Officer for the Welbourne Fund, promoted three senior congratulators to the position of Applauder this week.

All three – Jeffrey Willins, Anthony Moransi, and Theo Otterman – have extensive backgrounds in corporate praising and congratulating, as well as a combined 9.6 years of service at Welbourne.

Harding notes that while all three have at least some applauding experience –  Moransi received the prestigious “Clappy” award in 2012 – most of their experience has been in the back slapping and glad handing arenas.

Says Harding: “Their core assignment now will be to seek out employees who’ve proven the most successful, verify and categorize the success, then applaud the employee at a volume level and for a length of time the degree of success warrants.

The highest achievers will receive up to 45 seconds at 22 decibels.
