It was common knowledge at Trollem-Forth in Detroit that product conveyors Evelyn Franks and Carl Leeds have always seen eye-to-eye   Last week they issued a memo confirming that they are now also on the same page. This double synergy occurs only once in every 2,300,000 pairs of co-workers.

“Over the years we’d come within two or three pages but never managed to stay on the same one for more than a minute or two,” says Franks, 43. “I was starting to think maybe it just wasn’t in the cards for us.”   Adds Leeds:  “It’s been a week and I’m confident it will be permanent.”

Seeing eye-to-eye alone had helped the two become two of the most successful staffers in the company’s 48-year history.  They were named Conveyors of the Year in 2017 for their landmark work on the Weems Factors, and their collaboration on the Pierce Motivationals helped the company achieve record profits in 2019.

“Now that they’re also on the same page,” says CEO Will Mankin, “we believe the sky’s the limit!”  Last week he decided to move up the launch of the much-ballyhooed TailSpin IV project to early 2021. He says he’s holding off, however, on the Tamdem III Review.

“That will happen,” he says, “just as soon as they are also in sync.”
