Two mechanical engineers at the Mercor-Manx are walking a fine line, according to the company.
“They’ve been apprised of the situation,” says HR director Jennie McWillis, who declined to say exactly how fine the line is. “That is between the company and the employees,” she says.
“It sure doesn’t make things any easier,” says one of the engineers, who asked not to be identified out of fear of people knowing who he is. “But it’s better than not walking a line at all.”
